Abigail Ofori-Boateng is a seasoned administrator with over 12 years of experience in environmental conservation. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial and Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, complemented by several international certifications in climate change, project management, and professional development programs related to sustainability and operations.
She possesses a wide-ranging expertise including administrative and operational management, project planning and coordination, financial and budget management, human resource administration, climate change and environmental sustainability, stakeholder engagement, grant management, event organization, strategic communication, community outreach, capacity building, procurement, and logistics management.
For several years, Abigail has been overseeing office operations, project coordination, financial and staff management, helping to guide Herp Ghana’s conservation programs and operational efficiency. She now leads the organization’s Ecotourism program where her leadership and operational acumen are contributing to sustainable livelihood development and the well-being of local communities.
